Our COO, Shawna, brings over 25 years of experience in business operations. She has supported companies at various stages – optimizing processes, streamlining operations, and setting them up to scale. Over the past 10 years, both David and Shawna have focused on empowering businesses to grow and successfully exit through project management, SOPs, data analytics, and business intelligence.
